Founded in London in 2022 by Stéphanie Ruth, PARLOUR began as a salon-style exhibition space in Stéphanie’s house in North London before evolving into a nomadic gallery. It organises site-specific exhibitions in spaces chosen for their architectural and historical context, placing contemporary and historical works in dialogue.

Each exhibition is structured around a central theme and unfolds as a series of mise-en-scènes. The aim is to re-sensualise the experience of viewing art—foregrounding materiality, movement, and the telling of stories.
